2. What this policy covers
It explains how the iOS/iPadOS app AI Generate Video ("the App") handles personal data when you create or edit AI-generated images or videos.
3. Information we collect

No cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or other trackers are used.
Turning analytics off
Open Settings → Privacy → "Usage Analytics" in the app and switch it off. Data already sent stays only in aggregated form.

5. Age rating & children
- The App Store age rating is 17+.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents can e-mail us to review or delete any stored content.

We never sell personal data.
7. Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- Server access protected by multi-factor authentication.
8. Your rights & deletion requests
- Erase content — e-mail privacy@aigenerate.video; deletion is completed within 24 h.
- Disable analytics — use the in-app switch; no App Tracking Transparency pop-up is needed because the app does not track you across other companies' apps.
- Access, portability, correction, objection or restriction requests are answered within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Any cross-border transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).
